    Hello there!

I decrypted a DVD to my PC, but I found it has length problems with its cells in one of the VOB files.

What software should I use to modify the start and end points of those cells??????

    Thanks in advance,

    Andrés.

Most 1 click tools are compressed domain transcoders. What this means in English is that they simply remove enough information from the video on a DVD to make it small enough to fit on a blank disc. Instead of using that approach, DVD-RB re-encodes the video from scratch. The advantage to this approach is that a good MPEG encoder will do a better job of distributing the bitrate, both between frames and between different pixels in the same frame, in a way that maintains as much quality as possible from the original.

Dvd shrink is good for speed for movieonly copying needing no compression.

DVD-RB with the CCE plugin(DVD rebuilder) is the BEST on
    the market today bar none!

Both programs will allow you to Edit ehatever needed
    from the video itself.

The Video will have to be decrypted before either of these programs
will work if its a commercial dvd.

I use anydvd myself (free 21 day trial) but you can also use
DVD fab decrypter and Vobblanker to remove the protections
and rop to yoyur hard disk.

These two are free but require more time and steps.

    Cheers!
