Is it true that if i encode my dvd movies directly from my dvd drive, theres a big possibilty that my dvd drive gets damage while im doing this......before i was using anyDVD 5.8.1.1 and dvd shrink and thats it.
but then i heard that if i encode my dvd movies directly from my dvd drive while using dvd shrink, the dvd drive could get damage?

Another thing is what settings should i use on dvd decrypter so it can
work with anyDVD together...cause last time anyDVD report me something wrong with a vob file and it removed it...but since im not working anymore with anyDVD and shrink due to the reason i just told you guys above......while i was copying the dvd to my hard disk drive i wasnt
able to make it cause dvd decrypter was reporting that a file wasnt abe to be copied...and it was the same anydvd removed....so what do you guys recomend me to do....please?

David's right..it will not damage your drive.

If you're having problems burning a DVD, I would recommend using AnyDVD along with CloneDVD 2. CloneDVD acts essentially like DVD Shrink, in that it can produce an ISO file that fits on a DVD-5 disc. Try CloneDVD first with AnyDVD om, then if that doesn't work, try doing it with AnyDVD off.

As far as Decrypter, the only thing I can think of is that you're getting a disc encoded with bad sectors. Supposedly, the newest version of Decrypter fixed that, but that's just what the claim is. Make sure your version is the latest and try again or try the CloneDVD route. Hope this helps
