First off, what program are you using to rip your DVD? If you're using DVD Shrink, after clicking the backup button on the menu bar, a pop-up window will appear with 2 drop down menus. If you see the "hard disk folder" option on the top drop down menu, then simply change it to output as an ISO. Otherwise, if you are using any other program, there is usually a preference option changing how you want your output to be saved.

Secondly, if you have Nero 5 or later, you can take the VIDEO/AUDIO folders you have and create your DVD that way. Simply, choose to burn using DVD-video files. Upon, doing so the explorer window will open and show 2 folders, the Audio_TS and Video_TS folders. Simply drag and drop your VIDEO_TS you created into the folder in Nero. Don't worry about the AUDIO_TS folder, its useless. After you have your files in the VIDEO_TS folder simply burn. Be sure to burn at 4x or 8x to ensure proper burning.

If this doesnt help, reply with the programs you are using and we can work from there.Good luck!!
