After WinHex shrinks the ISO, do I still select the mds?

I'm a little fuzzy on the manner in which the mds and the iso are linked at the moment, I had this down pat a few weeks ago. At any rate, will the mds 'know' that the smaller WinHex'ed iso is the 'match' so to speak, after the larger iso that has been deleted?

Thanks, I searched for winhex and mds and it came up empty.

i would burn the iso. The mds would probably give you an error.
