    Hi,
I have Alcohol 120% but I am encountering a problem each time I try to make (and use) an image file of a PC game. I create the image file successfully and then Mount to a virtual drive with apparently no problem. All seems to work well – the game menu appears, but when I try to “play” the game I get a Windows error message saying:

“Please insert the <PC game> CD into your PC ROM drive to proceed”

This happens with each of the PC games I have tried to copy with Alcohol 120%.

Can anyone help? Is there a setting or something to get around this?

hi i had this aswell - i installed the software with my F drive & mounted the images on H & I drives & it would keep asking for the disc.
i uninstalled the programs & reinstalled them from the H & I 'virtual' drives & now they work fine
i think it must look at the one drive the software was originally installed on for some reason???
let me know if this works for you

Thanks - this sounds promising, but how do I install from the H & I virtual drives??

try what ozzy suggested as some games do require additional files

you do not need to dismount off off the virtual drives (my virtul drives were H & I) you need to uninstall the game then re install from your virtual drive where the game is mounted
