computer locks up trying to read dvd+r

    computer locks up trying to read dvd+r works ok reading dvd-r hp with me and io magic 16x dual layer

    see if there are any fimware updates,if not then try a different brand of disk (dvd+r),then if this doesnt solve it get the drive looked at or take it back from where you bought it
