Need Help With DVD / Burning Problem !!

    Hey , i just burnt a dvd-r using Fujifilm DVD-R and burnt it with nero at 1x.. i had no programs running in the backround .so i put the dvd in to watch & it plays fine except every couple seconds it skips a little bit ( mabey like every 10-20 seconds ) .Anyone kno wat the problem could be ?? thanks for the help ..

    i got a 3200 amd prosseser 2.20 ghz 512 mb .. thanks for any help. Bless

    try burning at 4x and make sure ur fujifilm media is 'made in japan'. the mij fujis are better quality.

    i tryed it at 4x but it still skipps little bit , it plays fine on my pc but skips on dvd player :(

    is it your laser in the dvd player needs a clean

    well i just bought the pc .. i burnt some dvds allready some worked fine some skip ..

    i mean your standalone not the one in the pc or is it your standalone doesnt like the discs you burn to

    most likely the problem is due to the media. It's probably either made by fuji or prodisc. Try some better media. verbatim, taiyo yuden, maxell mij, sony mij, or fuji mij is recommended. mij = made in japan.
