Hey, if I missed what this easy error is, I apologize, but I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. I utilized DVD Decrypter just fine on Walk the Line, and then started using NeroRecorder, as I have for a handful of other movies (some very recent) with no problem until it began compiling the DVD volume. First, remove your Serial No: 1A22... Burning too close to the edge of the disc. Set the target size in Nero Recode to custom, and not more than 4350MB.
this may sound a strange question,but did you make it region free when ripping,and what region is the burner set on? also make sure the files are actually there!!,and none are missing
Sorry, this definitely shows my beginners levels, but how do I remove the serial #? And when I decrypted it, it only had the region of US available, so I used that. As far as when I was setting up the burn process, I only used English.
Also, I changed the settings to 4350mb and tried again. No luck. I also tried decrypting it again, and the only region option I have is USA that can be selected. Anything else I can look at? Gotcha on the serial # now. Crap, I didn't realize that was in there.
if the burner is the same region as the movie then all is good. have you tried using another app,like dvd shrink (free) or clonedvd2? Do I need to shrink the movie? I have made several without shrinking them, and they all copied with no problem. They play fine and everything. But for some reason, this one fails just as it is getting ready to burn. From what I can see, it fits within the size range just fine, and I even did what cyprusrom said and made it fit within 4350 mb. I had the recording speed set incorrectly on accident the first time to maximum (which you see in the error log), instead of 8x, but that still did not change the error upon doing it again. So I'm not sure what the deal is with it. It is the software that came with the drive. Should I be utilizing something different?

Are you first shrinking the files and saving it to the HDD and then burn? If not, that is what I would advise if you want a greater chance of success. I always use Recode to re-encode the ripped files, save them to HDD and then burn with Nero Burning Rom.
