xbox live problem

    for some reason every time i try to sign into live i get the message to start trouble shooter and then it says it cannot find my ip address, i tried doing it with my xbox modded and unmodded and i get the same thing (when its modded i dont get an error screen)

    You have to goto to the ms dash and go to network settings then change your IP to Auto
