I installed dvdxcopy and received "installation complete" message and then rebooted pc and started to backup my dvds but the very first one i tried to backup gave me a message "error occurred have to close program" sorry for any inconvenience. what is the problem? I tried to backup three but received the same message everytime. it just seems that the program will not backup or even start to backup any dvds. what is the probem???
