Help With Transfering to my Lame i275.....Please!

ok, so i send myself tones for my phone but this pioece of crap cant same them, i try to use a data cable but my phone cannot be seen by "handset manager" (but the updater program for the firmware works, odd...), and i tried attaching it from one phone to another rather than from email and still cant do it. please help me, phone suck without more than the lame old and annoy ringtone they get you. i broke my old phone and then got shafted with this piece of crap. thanks to anyone who can aid me.
