I'm a little angry at how the solderless adapter is working for me, but thats not really the issue (or at least, I dont think it is).. I've installed the switch board with the 5 dip switches used to set the bios banks. Problem is, even with them working I dont quite understand why the chip doesnt seem to be working. This is suppose to be a completely solderless operation with the 1.6b Xapter. So I turn on the xbox with the chip enabled and the switchboard shows a blue X so the chip should be working right? The screen stays blank black... and nothing happens. Dont think its the Xapter, all the led lights on it are on. The lights on the chip show red and blue. The chip seems to be functioning properly too. I have tried setting the chip to 'protect' and 'unprotected' flash bios. No change. Same with the switchboard. Please help! I dont plan on sleeping until I have installed this correctly. Begging for quick replies.
