SSX Tricky, Splinter Cell Problems!!!

SSX tricky is unknown to the dvd rom and my fxpflash, there can not be a copyright protection on it, can it? Especially when it is one of the older xbox games! PLEASE HELP... Also, Splinter Cell is the only game I can load to my factory hard drive and it is only 3gigs. that must mean that my saved game files and system files have used up the other 5 to 7 gigs??? That does not make sense to me, if anyone knows anymore about this issue, please help... Another question is, how can i find out how big my hard drive is... flashfxp doesn't show any properties for the hard drive.
