i have a file that is iso file... but it's a dc game.... if i burn the file.. will it work when i play ?

the .iso is just a way to get all the files from a disc into one file, otherwise known as an image. there are alot of different image types. just use whatever burning program you use to burn the image. whether it works or not will probably depend on the ability of your dreamcast to play burnt discs.
