hi i have purchased a entempo rubato 20gb mp3 player off ebay.it has just arrived and i've just fully charged it and installed all the programs that came with it but they are useless.the guide says to use windows media player but windows media player cannot find any portable audio player.i do not know how to use itunes so please if anyone knows a software that may help me it would be great.in addition i clicked the removable disk(G and it says its either corrupted or damaged so i dont know what i am to do.
I purchased an Entempo Rubato 20 gb mp3 player also and had the same problem with Windows Media Player recognizing it as a hardrive to sync with. This is how I solved the problem : On the Rubato software is a version of Windows Media Player. I installed it over my existing player and restarted my computer with the Rubato plugged into it. The Windows Media Player recognized it and loaded mp3s onto the Rubato with no problem. I have had other issues with the Rubato that I own due to what I think is some type of unique defect or possible damage in shipping. The box was a little rough that contained my Rubato so I'm giving the design the benefit of a doubt. The Rubato plays song or two and freezes . It remains like this until I do a hard reset using a paperclip as instructed in the user guide. There is also an occaisional symbol displayed indicating a hard drive error. I will return this one for repair or replacement.
Hi - I too bought an Entempo Rubato from a seller on Ebay and it has conked out after 6 months. The manufacturer's web address gets no response - does anyone out there know where I can send the thing to get it fixed or replaced?
well after 3 months i got my money back.listen if the guy doesnt respond contact paypal htat you want a refund.if all goes bad still.send proof to visa blah blah blah and they should issue a refund in 2 days
