Has anyone used these. I love Verbatim but these are on sale @ bestbuy this week for 29.95 for 15 pack. The best per disc cost I have been able to buy verbs is about 3.80 per disc. Have had much success with Fuji DVD-R's in past.

Holy crap, you pay that much for a 15 pack of discs? Where do you live? What actually surprised me was Wal-Mart has now cut down the cost of dvd+r's, since there are so many variations and the sales are picking up. You can get a 50 pack of good ol' Maxell and Imation dvd+r's for only $22.00! But if for whatever reason you can't do that, Jujifilm's discs work just fine.

Ah, I didn't see that when I posted my reply, guess I was zoning out. Seriously though...dual layer discs are pointless. They cost too much money, and you can downsample any dual layer disc to fit on a single layer. You are still paying too much, lol.

I agree for the most part but its nice to get a true 1:1 copy of some movies and include all of the extras. Braveheart is a good example of a movie that looks much better on a DL than anyway you can compress it.
