Haven't burned in a while and tried to do some tonight. At the very start it says Reset Occured then "burn process failed" Never had problems before and don't know what changed. Any help with this log file would be appreciated.

Your Nero is a few versions behind, update to this version which is free of bigs

    http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe

    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe

Your firmware is current, only thing I can see is outdated version of Nero

    This may help

I upgraded NERO to 6.6.0.18 to no avail. It burns CD's fine but I get the error when trying to burn a DVD. Got me stumped!

Well I give up. Tried everything I can think of with no luck. I can't imagine what has changed in my computer to stop it from burning but it's very frustrating. I appreciate the suggestions from the members though.

Changing enclosures seems to have fixed my problem. They are both Bytecc enclosures, the only difference seems to be with the chipset. the problem is with the ALI chipset. The prolific chipset seems to work fine.
