Ok, I now have Evox installed on the hard drive, everything seems fine until I try to watch a movie....it changes to the big evolution X logo screen and the background of the menu fades in and out. My retail Xbox games work just fine though. I reinstalled evoxdash and still the same thing.....I dont understand what i'm doin wrong here.
yeah you need some type of player installed.. and i've been drinking and can't remember the name of the one I use but it installs itself if you use slayers.
i am also having problems viewing dvd movies-backups on dvdr. i am using dvdx2 region free. when i first installed it, the disks were not readable-i would get a screen with what looked like a ps2 memory card with a circle crossed out. then i applied a patch to the default.xbe i found on the internet. now it read all of my dvdr backups because i can hear the sound but i get no video. any suggestions?
