NeroVision Express Crawling Sloooooowly

I use NeroVision Express 3 to create DVDs from SVCDs that I have saved DivX home movies on. It takes about 3 and a 1/2 hours for this to recode and burn to a DVD. Fully the DivX movies take up about 4 gigs of disk space and are encoded at something like 2537 kbs. Now, I have noticed that it shows a video preview of what it is encoding, and turning this off would speed it up probably, but I can not find out how to do this. Does anyone know how to shut off the video preview, or speed this up?
