annoying icon has appeared

Hi again,

An annoying icon has appeared in my start up toolbar - it tells me that my Computer is infected - I have scanned with ZA anti-virus and it doesnt report anything. The icon appears to come from the following site:

http://www.spywarequake.com/
I cannot find the path / file to this icon anywhere and it wont go away - anybody else had this problem? Any help appreciated.

Hi there - thanks for the reply; yes it is the same PC but with help from the other thread the icon has dissapeared (deleted stickrep.dll)

Just want to say that you guys have impressed me with the clear instructions and fast responses, and importantly the non-condescending nature of the help (especially important for a noob) - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
