Ok, so I just reformatted my entire hard drive and I am trying to set it up to connect to the internet. However, when I try to set up a new network, it says that there is no network hardware installed. I installed all of the drivers from the cd that came with the computer and the ethernet cord is plugged in. Does anybody know if I am doing anything wrong?

First make sure you have an active connection bypass any router(if your using one)and hook up straight to your modem.Click on internet explorer if you get on the net that's good (this will also verify that your nic card is working). Then try using the network setup wizard in control panel.
