Is water cooling better than a fan? i'm thinking of getting water cooling soon because my processor is over heating like a biatch.

Also anyone know any good VGA cooling devices?

It is better in the fact that it can drop temperatures down lower than a fan, and keep them lower if you start to overcock.
It also helps that you can add the chipset/gpu coolers and take away that heat easier.
This is along with the removal of the noise from the fans.
This has to be weighed against the extra cost and extra potentail for system damage if things go wrong (leaks).
You'll need to check your PSU is up to the job as well.
Tested my system out of case before fitting, this avoids very expensive fault finding outherwise.
Swiftech works well, but you'd need to check vga compatibility on their web site.
