@shortp First thing edit out your serial # - it begins w/ 1A2 and is in the log several times. Don't need someelse using it! You can update your Nero version to 6.6.0.18 - here's a link: http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe This can use an update - the latest is A106. Here's a link: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1973 The firmware update will help your drive with the read/write strategies of media and may enable your drive to burn to the Riteks. Ritek is good but I would take the burn down to 6x or 4x also to see if that helps.
