problem with installing

    [bold]I do have the same problem and I think it will be caused by DirectX.
    After installing the program, RatDVD did not work.
    Then I restarted my computer in save mode and guess.......
    Now RatDVD works fine.
    The only thing which cannot be done is burn a dvd after you have converted the RatDVD.
    But the DVD files will be saved on harddisk.
    Now restart your computer normally and burn the files to dvd.

    This is how I resolved the problem.[/bold]

    Hi!

    Got the same problem with installing ratdvd.The following error occures during installation:

    Can someone tell me how to fix this issue? I get this error also on my desktop pc. At this I am using an AMD Athlon 64 3500+, DirectX 9c and Power DVD as playback software.

    Sry, didnĀ“t used the search function of this forum :) I had to disable ATI Tray Tools. Now it works fine :) But I hope that this will be fixed in coming versions.
