When I use CCE 2.7 and DVD-RB 0.97 (didn't have problem with 0.96) and try to burn the resulting folder with Nero 7 I get a message. "DVD-Video files reallocation failed. The resulting DVD-Video might be unplayable. Do you want to continue. Yes or No If I click Yes the DVD is not playable. But by deleting files VTS_01_0 and VTS_02_0 (both Mpeg files) and then try burning with Nero there is no problem what so ever. The two file are 0 KB. Is this an error with DVD Rebuilder or my computer? I ripped the DVD using DVD FabDecryter (latest version) If some could please give me the link to DVD-RB 0.96 Installer version I would be most apprecaited. Thanks in advance. Tanksta
just curious..... what movie were you trying to back up? And, I don't think you can get the 0.96 version anymore as it has been updated to 0.97 for the free version.
Tanksta , I think this was caused by DVDFAB Decrypter taking out the bad files a putting blank space there. At this point I would have used VobBlanker to correct the structure( rewrit the necesary .ifos) and then use DVDRebuilder on the corrected files. As Far as finding Ver. 096 i tried and can not find it anywhere. You might PM jdobbs to see if he still has that copy
thnx 4 that but I should have said be careful what you ask for as there is no benefit from downgrading the version the allocation message comes from nero being very picky as well as dvd fab's output files being blanked I'd suggest to run the files through vobblanker or fixvts 1.24, or better yet use this app... http://www.dvdhounds.com/forums/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=298 ... for iso creation & burn w/ imgburn. waiting to hear the out come =)
