OK..here's the deal: When trying to download a file, it will download 99% of it. Once it gets to 99%, all options on the box grey out (Open Folder,etc..)& then the box disappears without ever downloading the file to my system. I have had this system for over 3years & this has never happened until yeasterday. Any ideas out there? Please help!!!!!!!
What Anti-Virus and firewall programs are you using? Did you try an alternate source for the download? There is a check box on the download window that closes the window when the file is complete. Try unchecking that box and see what happens.
