xbox oversized game backups ?

    hello i have evox installed on my xbox an i transfered the game to my pc but the game is 6.41 gb big how can i reduce the game to fit on a dvdr the game is metal gear solid 2 can someone help me please..

    that game is huge. every other game is smaller man read the threads before posting these questions.

    theyre has to be a way to reduce the game to fit on a regular dvdr but there's nothing to find in here

    you have to copy it to the xbox HD.. is it metal gear solid or tao feng? that or go through and delete out the animated scenes which would take a great deal of time and be a big pain in the ass.

    or just upgrade your harddrive and not worry about it. Office depot had 80gig drives for $69 the other day.

    ok,

    this can be done in two ways..

    1. Delete the large movie files and create smaller ones to replace them.

    2. Re-encode all the movie files so that the game is smaller.

    i have never had to do this myself, but i know it can be done...

    the software to re encode should be available..
    look at some of the xbox hacking sites and do a search in their forum for more details.

    I just installed a 120G Drive and I highly reccomend it because of how simple it is to do. If you're planning on doing so, wait and save for the largest drive because you don't get to use the actual 120G in one partition. My total HD space is 107.018 for games. The rest of the Gigs are dispersed among the other drives.

    anyway that you could install a 120 gig hdd and still maintain xboxlive compatability?
