Why is it giving me errors while FTP-ing?

    its saying to delay reconnect for 120 seconds then it will fail again... how do i do it?? i cant figure it out...

    (ive got ip addresses all corect and ect.)

    NO you dont. tell me how do set it up and what ip, subnet, gateway do you use on both pc and xbox?

    ok follow this

    On PC set
    ip 192.168.1.11
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    gateway blank
    DNS blank

    On xbox set static
    ip 192.168.1.111
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    gateway 192.168.1.11
    DNS blank or 0.0.0.0

    use crossover cable to connect directly from pc to xbox.

    ON FlashFXP
    Ip 192.168.1.111
    port 21
    pass xbox
    user xbox

    then click connect.

    Make sure turn off firewalls, virus programs.

    Dude im soooo sorry im not useing a crossovercable!!!! :-( looks like i gotta go router wish me luck...

    router is ok. you need 2 ethernet cables. connect pc to port1 and xbox to port2.

    can someone show me how to change the settings on pc to ftp.

    goto Start => Connection => show all connections
    Then goto properties of Local area connection
    then select IP/TCP then click on properties
    then set up your ip
