Cannot download to blank disc

    The DVD X COPY seems to work fine , except for the last step. I can back up my DVD movie but when it says to now insert a blank DVD and I put it in the burner – the DVD X Copy software does not recognize that it’s in there or that the file was just backed up ?????

    You should have tried asking that question i the DVD X Copy forum.
    Hopefully a moderator will move it for you and you can find some help.
