USUALLY MY NERO WORKS FINE, BUT ON SOME FILES THAT I TRY TO PUT TO DVD THE SOUND IS NORMAL, BUT THE PICTURE IS IN FAST FORWARD. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I CAN DO ABOUT IT?
When you play the movie on your computer, is the audio and video in sync? What media are you burning your dvd on and at what speed? Would recommend only good quality media and burn them at 4x. Also make sure your burner firmware is up to date.
If you have a Nero burning log, it would be nice if you posted it so others can look at it and see what is going on. Also, please turn off your caps when you post, it is against forum rules and it is considered shouting
I'm trying to burn CD-R with one minute tracks. Unfortunately it will get about half way then completely freeze the system and I have to reboot. The green access light is frozen on until I reboot. Mind you, I have had some successful burns, but for the most part produce coasters. I have tried changing the burning speed, even all the way down to 8x, to no avail. If I make the tracks longer, say 90 or 180 seconds, works fine. I have tried using both DMA and PIO modes, no difference. I'm using Windows XP sp2, Nero 6 (latest update) I have an internal NEC 3500 AG
Okay, I just updated to the very latest Nero 6 software, and now Nero refuses to create the CDs, claiming the very same data that only took up 2/3 of a disc now is waaaay too much to fit. Argh.
@parsing I am NOT a mod, but you have just [bold]HIJACKED[/bold] this thread. You should start a thread of your own. @alpharob If you're still with us you can find log files here Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.txt
My apologies. I'm a newbie. I thought this was a forum to discuss Nero 6 problems in general. Apparently one starts a new thread for each new problem? That I shall do. Again, my apologies.
By starting your OWN thread it makes it easier for us to look at YOUR problem, if you tack it onto another thread then there is a good chance it will be overlooked. Most members look at the thread TITLE and decide if they can help from that, Cheers and welcome to AD
