do u know how to unlock a motorla razr v3 phone.
i have downgraded the bl, ran unlocker it says it is done but still cannot make calls.it says CALL FAILED NOT ALLOWED.can u help me plz.

I believe motorola phones can be unlocked easily by the network provider. If your network provider is tmobile, call themup and they will unlock the phone for you.

You will have to call up Orange and have it unlocked for you. If they wont, then you will have to reflash your phone such that it will be unnlocked and u can use it on another service like tmobile.

You have to take it to a professional to have it reflashed or
I know of a service provider in UK that can do this for you. Check your PM.
