Tracking Servo Failure

    Am trying to use DVD Decrypter.
    When I put a disc in the dvd burner, it reads for a few minutes
    then gives me this message
    Device Not Ready (Tracking Servo Failure)
    Have disabled AnyDVD (which tells me there is not disc in drive e:)
    Am trying to read "Bee Season"
    If I put in Chicken Little, it reads just fine.
    Can you help this newbie?
