MPEG (2) to DVD

I searched for this topic and found a whopping two replies to the question, but no answer!

I captured a music VHS to my hard drive and it is saved as MPG MOVIE. I selected MPEG 2 when capturing. One file with music and vidio.

The size 3,206,176Kb.

How do I get this onto a DVD that will play on all DVD players?

I have Nero 7 Ultra Addition.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In nero 6 you use make movie from nerovision I assume nero 7 would be the same
