hi mother in law has an LG C2000 cel phone & has recently bought a data cable to transfer wallpaper/ringtones. when she got it there was a web address to download the BITPIM software to use with the cable. the software does not find the phone?? i have installed the drivers & set the settings to what the instructions said yet it refuses to recognize the phone? does anyone know what i may be doing wrong? or is there a different software download i can use? any help is appreciated
Hello there Mr. Son-in-Law: I have been using the software for L1100 to connect to my cell phone. you can download the software for it here: http://uk.wowlg.com/uk/phones/h_allp_detl_mnsw.jsp?ph_name=L1100 assuming you have the drivers right, the mentioned software should be able to connect to your device. However, with this software, you will only be able to trasnfer your contacts, memo and scheduler information. You cannot transfer ringtones, wallpapers or games!! I ahve been searching for something better for a long time, but havent had luck with it. Hope this works for you, and convinces your mother-in-law to gift you her luxury car in return By the way, if you need the driver for that, send me a message and i will send you a link for them.
