Periodic frame freeze after recording to dvd.

    the problem i am having is that when i record a tape from my vhs or videocamera to my computer with ulead visualstudio 7, and than use mydvd deluxe to convert from avi to mpeg, i have notice that after the recording process to dvd, when viewing the dvd at certain periods in the dvd it freezes for a few seconds, what can i do to prevent this from happening. please advise thank you.

    Is it whilst viewing the actual disc or the mpeg that freezes ?

    While recording i notice that it freezes on the screen, and so when viewing the disc later the same thing occurs.
