I have Nero 6 ultra edition and I would like to know how can I convert dvd pal to dvd ntsc. Do I also need a ripper or decrypter? Please provide steps of the process.
@davito520 Welcome to aD! If it has region coding and/or copy protection your can rip to your hard drive 1st w/ dvd decrypter or dvd fab decrypter(both free) to remove these. You can then process it thru vobblanker and burn w/ nero. Or if you have AnyDVD - have it running while you use vobblanker then burn w/ Nero. Have you (or has anyone else) also tried this software to go from NTSC to a PAL copy. If not, any suggestions for accomplishing this. I have my own work that I have to show in London and it's all NTSC. Not copy protected material but need it in the european format. Any thoughts.
