Annoying static and low audio.... help please

    Basically i recorded a piece of audio on my digital camera. The recording isnt great because its on my digital camera. The noise that i wanted to get has been picked up but its very quiet and the annoying static hiss off my camera is making it very hard to hear. Does anyone know of any software or methods which would correct this.
