What do you want to do with your new computer? One thing for sure, 2 gigs of RAM is better than one. That 64 mb card is something I'd stay far away from unless al you are doing is internet surfing and Windows applications. In today's market I wouldn't have less that 256mb card but I'm sure there are good 128mb out there.
If you can upgrade to another gig of RAM and upgrade the video card the second one will even be better, period. As it stands now I'd still go with the second one.
anybody know somewhere in the uk that will give me credit for a pc rather than spending the last of my money.
I wouldn't try and find a company that buys PC because of course they have to make a profit. Which youl loose out on. If i were you and this is what i do every time im getting a new pc advertise your current one in the local paper. It works hounestly youl be suprised! Just ma opinion! Also go for the second one! Alex
