How do I recode video_ts file to mpeg 2

    How do I recode video_ts file from the hard drive to an mpeg 2 file is there a software that will do this in one step?

    Have you tried Nero Recode?

    I just tried it but it does not offer that function. It just copied the vob files rather than transforming the video_ts folder files into one mpeg-2 file.
