Hello, I was wondering how to permanently delete data that has been deleted from the recycle bin. I heard there was preogrammes to recover the files, and i want to permanently get rid of them. Does anyone know any programmes?
UMMM the only way i think is formatting your HDD......Because when you delete the Files traces are left on your HDD still So i don't think you can, unless you want to reinstall windows But there might be a program but i doubt it....
