i purchased the ilo dvd recorder and player 6 months ago and it has been doing fine up until about a week ago now when i recorder anything at the end of the taping all i get now is DISC ERROR then i cant edit or finalize the disc i cant figure out whats wrong with it i have tryed to call their number but all i get is a recording and then hung up on what should i do
Have you changed the media type? Have you tried to use DVD+RW? Using DVD+RW you don't have to finalize, and you can erase the disc if something goes wrong. I have the DVDR04 and use Maxell DVD+RW 4X, but the DVDR04 and DVDR05 were made by two different manufacturers.
i will try them but i was using the DVD-R 8x and they were doing fine up until now but ill change em and see what happens thanks for the help
