clone dvd problem

    latelly when burning dvd's with anydvd and clonedvd my burns are unsuccesful and getting message dvd 5 5,what is the problem?

    What version if AnyDVD are you using at the moment??

    and what media are u using to burn your movies???

    that would be anydvd 4.5.5.1 and media is ridata dvd+r rated 8X.anyways problem is hapening before actual burn is started.with shrink burns are good no problems.so far i had many happy burns using shrink or slysoft...what it takes?

    Well first off, I would recommend you to update your version to AnyDVD 5.9.5.6 (the newest one, wow you're using 4.5 must be like a year since you got it). Anyways these dvd companies add newer protection to their dvds but if you did buy anydvd then you could update it for free for life.

    Also what kind of media are you using? Have those disc been working with the backup of other movies?

    use DVD Identifier to find out the actual manifacturer of the disc.

    l34merik was right, that version was released 1/17/05, so it's well over a year old. Must not have been doing very many of the newer releases with the more difficult copyright protection (Arccoss, Ripguard, and Puppetlock). As stated, the AnyDVD really needs to be kept up to date.

    What DVD is it causing the problem?
