Tutorial Needed

I have downloaded some old films with bit torrent in .avi format and they are about 700 megs each.

I would like to convert these to a VCD format which is playable on my stand alone Sharp VCD/DVD player. I presume these files will be about 1.5 Gigs each.

I would then like to burn 3 of these onto a DVD disc with a menu option to select any of the 3 films. Can anyone tell me where I can find the appropriate tutorials to accomplish this?

I have Nero 7 Ultra. Do I need any other software?

Thanks for your reply but I am not interested in copying a DVD. I want to learn how to:

#1 convert an *.avi film to a VCD format
#2 Put 3 of these on a 4.7 GB DVD +r/-r disc.
