Unsupported Resolution using ReMpeg2

I am attempting to Rip my first DVD and I have created my CFFl file with the correct path and I am opening the ReMpeg2 software and it loads in the logs and then it comes up with a message that says unsupported resolution. This causes my output resolution to be off and I can't select 720X480. I have tried this with two movies (Road Trip and XXX)
