transfering cassette tapes to cd

    hi

    i am trying to convert some old cassette tapes to cd


    i need help in selecting the right software and if any tuturials are out there for me to use

    much appreciated for any help avaliable

    You will need a plug like this...

    to record your music. I use Audacity for my audio editing chores but it can not compare to a program such as Polderbits when it comes to audio recording. You will also need a stereo or seperate pre-amp. You will hook the cables up accordingly. Ex. "Line Out" on the stereo and "Line In" on the PC.
