video card problem - dell poweredge 600sc

    I have a dell poweredge 600sc.. I know it's a server pc. but I'm using it for my main computer right now.

    I have windowsxp pro installed on it.. the video card is ATI Rage XL PCI.. It's onboard.

    on the cd, all it has are drivers for windows 2000 and windows 2003 server.

    I installed the driver, but it's not working that good.. at least I think that's the problem.. for instance. when I goto webpages it loads them kinda at the top and straight down.. kinda jumpy/laggy like.

    does anybody know anyway I can fix this?
