I got 3 hard drives in my pc:
    1 hard drive - seagate 80gb sata - 2 partitions: C: and D:
    1 more hard drive - seagate 80gb sata - 1 partition: H:
    1 more hard drive - wd 120gb ide to sata - 1 partition: K:

    C: - Windows XP
D: - Windows 2000 (but in win2000 the drive letter changed to F:)

At startup, i get to choose between win2000 and winXP.
    Windows 2000 works fine.

When i load up winXP - theres this error:
so i see that when i choose xp, it tries to load win2000 on my C: - so it doesnt work.

please help me fix up winXP, i figure its a easy fix problem. thx in advance.

In what order did you install the operating systems?

If you installed 2K after XP, you've overwritten the boot loader files and you will not be able to boot to XP.

I installed winXP many months ago.

    I just installed win2000 yesterday.

What are the boot loader files?

Can't i jus make some changes to the master boot record - and then work it?
