well i was using dvd2svcd with que enc to do it and was following the guide on this site after a long night of wait i woke up to this Executing DVDAuthor. For details open: "C:\DVDAuthor_log.txt" so i opened that and saw DVDAuthor::dvdauthor, version 0.6.11.
