hello

the sfv file is used to check whether the rar files that it came with or ok
get it here

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Others/Miscellaneous/SFVlite.shtml

install it,and use it to open the sfv file
it will run a check on the bunch of rar's that it came with
its useful when you download something that has a corrupt archive,enabling you to pinpoint the damaged file,and then you can either try and re-download just that rar,or give the uploader some grief
