Hey!! I was looking for disc printers on ebay and pricerunner the other day, but i only found a tdk one that i thought was quite good. It printed only discs, but you had three seperate printing ribbons, blu green and yellow! You could only use on at a time!! How rubbish is that LOL! So, i know you can get normal inkjet printers that have a disc printing mode, i just can't find any on the net. Can anyone provide me with a link? (UK PREFERRED!!) Thank you.
I think that Canon makes them, too. But, you will never get them in the U.S., because Epson has them locked out. You should be able to get the Canon printers in the U.K.
Epson R200 is quite good prints to a good high quality and allows you to change the ID and OD (inner and outer dimension) in the software. I've been using one for the last couple of years with some nice results. it prints to normal paper too and isn't that expensive.
I've got the epson 340 does the dvds and for a printer on paper does a better job than my hp 2175 plus the ink is cheaper at abacus at $20.00 delivered to my door for all 6 cartridges. Chris
